Slate is a complete booking system for clinics and wellness businesses. Built into your own site, wearing your own branding, on your own domain. Your clients book with you, pay you, and never see anybody else's name on the way through.
Booking · Deposits · Reminders · Rebooking

We check your current statement before we quote. If we cannot beat the rate you are on, we will tell you straight and you carry on as you are. Nothing to sign to find out.
Not a link out to a marketplace. The booking journey runs on your domain, in your colours, with your logo at the top and your treatments in your words. Clients never leave your site.
One calendar, one client list, one place to look. If your team can use a diary they can use Slate, and we train them on it before you go live.
Booking marketplaces are genuinely good at sending you a first appointment. The trouble starts afterwards, because the client, the card fee and the rebooking all stay on their platform rather than yours.
Every clinic is on a different rate, so we do not publish a headline percentage and hope it fits. We read your actual statement, quote against it, and put the saving in writing before you commit to anything.
Last month's from whoever processes your cards now. That is the whole first step.
Percentage, pence per transaction, monthly minimums and any fees buried further down. We total it properly.
A written quote showing what the same month would have cost on Slate. If we cannot beat it, we say so and leave you alone.
If you are mid contract with your current provider, Teya covers what is left of it, so being locked in is not a reason to wait.

Clients book the treatment, the practitioner and the time themselves, from your site or from your Google listing, while you are closed.
Take a deposit or hold a card at the point of booking. The quietest way there is to cut no shows without a difficult conversation.
Confirmation on booking, a reminder before the appointment, by email or text. Sent in your clinic's name, not ours.
A nudge goes out when a client is due back. This is the part that quietly pays for the system, and it is the part marketplaces do not do.
History, notes, contact details and every appointment in one place, exportable whenever you want it. It is your list, not ours.
After a treatment, happy clients get asked for a Google review automatically, which is the review that actually wins you new ones.
Two way sync with Google or Apple Calendar for every practitioner, so nobody gets booked into their own lunch.
Your team can check the day, move an appointment or take a payment from a phone between clients.
Health questionnaires and consent sent out before the appointment and signed on a phone, so the paperwork is done before anyone walks in.
Group rehab, pilates, a workshop. Set the number of seats and clients book into the same slot until it is full.
Existing clients, treatments, prices, staff and future appointments. We do the migration and run both systems in parallel until you are happy.
One price for a clinic, whether you are one therapist or six. You only move up if you open a second location or grow past six practitioners, so hiring never costs you more in software.
One location, up to six practitioners. Everything below is included.
Get your rate checkedTwo or more locations, or seven or more practitioners.
Get your rate checkedNothing. We import your future appointments and run both systems side by side for two weeks, so your old booking page keeps working while Slate fills up behind it. You pick the day you turn the old one off, and we are on the phone that morning.
No. Slate is rolling monthly from the first day, with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice and your client list is exported to you in full on the way out. We would rather you stayed because it works than because you were stuck.
You do. We are the processor, you are the controller, and it is written down in a data agreement you sign before we touch anything. You can export the whole list yourself at any point without asking us.
Then we pay it off. Slate runs card payments through Teya, and Teya covers what is left of your existing contract so you can move now instead of waiting out your term. Tell us who you are with and how long is left, and we will confirm the payout in writing before you commit to anything.
Reviews on a third party marketplace stay there, and that is true of any move. What we do is point Slate at your Google listing from day one, because Google reviews are the ones new clients actually read before they book.
That is most of the clinics we work with. We set it up for you rather than handing over a login and wishing you luck, we train the team in a session before go live, and there is a person at the end of the phone afterwards.
Within a week in most cases. We build and brand it, import your clients, services and future appointments, then train your team before you go live. The two weeks of parallel running happen after that, so nothing is rushed on your side.
No. Slate gives us an embed code that drops into a page on your existing site, so it works with anything that lets you paste in a snippet, which is almost everything: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or a hand built site. If your site makes that awkward we will tell you on the first call rather than after you have paid.
Yes. Deposits and online payments are built in, and for card payments in the clinic there is a Teya terminal that runs on the same rates we quote you. The terminal is priced separately from your monthly fee, and we will put the cost in writing with your rate check.
We do, and Slate is built into it properly when we do. If you already have a site you are happy with, that is fine, Slate goes into that one instead.
You will get the total back in plain English, plus what the same month would have cost on Slate. If there is nothing in it for you, we will say so.
We will never share your statement or your client data with anyone. Slate is built and supported by Saturn Results in the UK.
