Why this exists

A degree teaches you marketing. It does not teach you to get paid for it.

We built Saturn Results in Exeter the slow way, by getting things wrong in front of real businesses with real money on the line. The parts that actually decide whether you make a living from this are not on any syllabus. What to charge. How to open a cold conversation. What to say when a client goes quiet for a week.

So this is not a course. There are no modules, no certificate and nothing to print out at the end. It is two calls a week with people who are doing the work right now, the same templates and software we use on client accounts, and a group small enough that nobody gets lost in it.

Live, every week, with the people running the agency. Ten on the call at most, so there is no waiting your turn and nowhere to hide. Come with a question and you will leave with an answer.

Outreach emails, pitch structures, audit frameworks, proposals and follow up scripts. Not tidied up examples written for a class, the real wording that has won Saturn Results work.

Access to the software

The paid tools we run client campaigns on. Do proper keyword research, read ad data and build sites without paying for a stack no student can justify.

We take one thing and go deep

Google Ads structure. A local SEO audit from scratch. How to price a website without guessing. How to run a first call with a business owner and not freeze. One topic a week, taught properly, always something you can use within days.

CALL 02

You bring what you have done

Your outreach, your pitch, the site you are halfway through, the client who has not replied. We go through it together in front of the group, because watching someone else get their work pulled apart is where most of the learning happens. This is the call that moves people.

None of this works if you only show up and listen. Expect a few hours a week actually sending emails, building things and getting told no. The people who land a client are always the ones who did the unglamorous part, every single time.

Questions

The things worth asking before you hand over £50.

Do I need any experience?

No. Most people will join with none at all, and the first few weeks assume that. If you have already run a campaign or built a site you will simply move faster through the early stuff.

I am already doing a marketing degree. Why would I need this?

Your degree will give you frameworks, theory and a way of thinking, and that genuinely matters. What it will not give you is a price to quote, a script for a cold conversation or any idea what to do when a client stops replying. That gap is the whole reason this exists.

Is there a job at the end of it?

No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to get you to sign up. What we will say is that when Saturn Results has freelance work going spare, the people in this group who have shown up and done the work are the first ones we ask. That is the honest version.

What happens if I miss a call?

Let us know beforehand. There are two a week, so missing one occasionally is not a problem. Missing most of them is, and if that becomes the pattern we would rather pass the place to someone waiting for it.

Can I cancel?

Any time you like. It is a monthly payment rather than a contract, so you stop when you want to stop. Your place then goes to the next person on the list.

When does it start?

As soon as the ten places are filled. Apply and we will tell you exactly how many are left and when the first call is likely to run.

Do I have to be in Exeter?

The calls are online, so no. Saturn Results is Exeter based and most of the group will come from there, but if you can make the calls it does not matter where you are.

Why only ten people?

Because eleven would already be too many. Past ten, calls stop being a conversation and turn into a webinar, nobody gets their work looked at properly, and the whole thing quietly stops being worth £50.
